One major advantage of the unit we have developed is that we have streamlined the nitrogen function, making it easier to transport, install, and handle an Escowa cold brew cooler compared to a traditional nitrogen cooler. Instead, our unit uses a practical aerator that adds oxygen to create a beautiful foam crown on top of the coffee.

This means you only need to connect the machine to a power outlet and add coffee to get a well-chilled, refreshing coffee drink with a nice foam crown, ready to drink.
