• The Refurbish form must be completed before goods are sent to us
• If goods are received without a Refurbish form, a troubleshooting fee will be charged
• When returning a water cooler, it must be secured on a pallet. If a cooling unit is sent as a parcel, this may result in higher repair costs, as water coolers must not be shipped as parcels.

NOTE! Wait for a response from Escowa and attach a copy of the response form with the shipment.
